He has over 20 years experience in resource projects in Australia, North America and Asia. Simon has been a Director of several ASX and TSX listed companies and was a founding Director of Macarthur Minerals. He has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Simon has a record of successfully establishing new businesses in both Australia and North America. With his commercial and resource background in the US and Australia, he established an experienced oil and gas team to explore and develop prospective project areas in Australia for unconventional shale gas and tight oil.
John de Stefani

Prior to UIL Energy, John was CEO of Bow Energy Ltd during a market cap growth phase of $50m to $550m and subsequently acquired by Arrow Energy in January 2012. Prior to Bow, he spent over eight years as General Manager/Director of an expanding power generation business.
John is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of business experience. He has a proven successful track record in project finance, business development and asset management with over eight years international energy experience working on projects in the US, UK, Egypt, Turkey and the Philippines.
John has a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and a MBA from the London Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Keith is a seasoned and successful global petroleum explorationist, company executive and director with 40 years of diverse industry experiences. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in geology from Reading University (U.K.) and a M.Sc. (Geology) from McMaster University (Ontario, Canada). Keith advises and consults to various academic, financial and corporate entities on oil and gas exploration, including shale resource projects. His career has included technical and management appointments with AMOCO (now part of BP) in Canada, the US and international; Exploration Manager of Bridge Oil Limited in Australia, Antrim Energy Limited and PanCanadian Petroleum International Limited, now part of EnCana. Keith is currently the director of the publicly listed company Samson Oil and Gas Limited involved in active exploration programs having drilled four wells in 2011. Keith is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia and a registered Professional Geologist in Alberta, Canada.
Stephen Bizzell is the Chairman of boutique corporate advisory and funds management group Bizzell Capital Partners Pty Ltd. He is also a Non-executive Director of Armour Energy Ltd, Stanmore Coal Ltd and Chairman of Laneway Resources Ltd and Renascor Resources Limited. Mr Bizzell was an Executive Director of Arrow Energy Ltd from 1999 until its acquisition in 2010 by Shell and PetroChina for $3.5 billion. He was instrumental in Arrow’s corporate and commercial success and its growth from a junior explorer to a large integrated energy company. He was also a founding director of Bow Energy Ltd until its $550 million takeover. Mr Bizzell qualified as a Chartered Accountant and early in his career was employed in the Corporate Finance division of Ernst & Young and the Corporate Tax division of Coopers & Lybrand. He has had considerable experience and success in the fields of corporate restructuring, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr Bizzell has over 20 years’ corporate finance and public company management experience in the resources sector in Australia and Canada with various public companies.
Garry has over 30 years’ experience in the international energy and finance markets. He was the Non-Executive Chairman of Eneabba Gas Limited prior to the merger of exploration interests with UIL Energy Limited in late 2016. More recently he has acted as a gas industry consultant, assisting small companies on project due diligence, corporate governance and gas marketing. He has also led gas market negotiations for Leigh Creek Energy Limited with East Coast gas consumers. Prior to this activity, Garry was a senior executive with AWE Limited and Oil Search Limited, where he developed and managed their investor relations programs, led a number of equity capital market placements and managed some complex merger and acquisition deals (Orogen Minerals, ARC Energy and Adelphi Energy). Garry has an Honours Degree in Applied Geology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
